Life long adult (28) stutterer here. I've worked as a server for almost 9 years and a ski instructor for 5. Everybody deals with it differently, so how I dealt with it might not work for you, but I just stayed focused on the end goal: to be/appear normal and make money and have a job that I enjoy (not just settle for some job I don't want because I was too afraid of my stutter). So I just powered through it and found a way to make it all work. You don't even have to have a job that involves talking to people, but stay focused on what you really want and find a way that works for you. Best of luck!!!
