I feel you. It is hard, very exhausting. When I get in a rut I try and catch myself and take deep breaths. Staying present and calm really helps me. Even some stretching?? Your stutter clings to tension and stress in the body. Release and your words will flow with ease. We all have bad days, what you do with them is what counts. Let go buddy, you got this.
