I had a bad stuttering problem as a child, all the way up into my teens. Went to speech therapist and of course it did absolutely nothing to help. My late teens I decided it was something I’d have to live with and I quit caring about it, quit thinking about it and didn’t let it stop me from enjoying life. Then a funny thing happened that I hadn’t even realized. I had pretty much lost my stutter and even today at 35 I still have it beat. So, I would assume, you’re stuttering more again because you’re thinking about it. From my experience the main cause is lack of confidence and over thinking the stuttering. I know it’s tough but try to just forget you have a stutter and if you stumble through a sentence, don’t get upset and over think it. Sorry for the long reply, this just made me think of what helped me. Remember though, confidence is key and quit thinking about it and see what happens.
