It depends on the requirements of the job, the type/intensity of stutter, whether you disclose, and the interviewer. When I was having very hard blocks, I would not have been able to fulfill requirements of any job that involved giving quick verbal responses. The ADA mandates that employer make accommodations so that employee can meet *required aspects of the job*. The biggest help is to immediately disclose with detail (I am a person who stutters, meaning sometimes I pause, repeat or ZYZ. )
