In order to get rid of stuttering you must learn to hate the stutter not yourself. That is the key thing. You have to be able to look in the mirror and tell yourself that you love yourself, which is not an easy thing to do. Your subconscious mind created the need for you to stutter. and needs to be convinced that you no longer need to stutter. Hating the stutter is where the hate belongs, not for yourself. ​ Stuttering takes away your self-confidence and self-esteem. Most of us started stuttering as a child some years after we already began speaking fluently. It's a reaction to something that happened to you and how you perceived it. Never hate yourself . Just thank G-d it's the kind of disability that you have a chance of getting rid of as opposed to some people who have no chance.
