I got teased in class (;kinda)

I got teased in class (;kinda) Sorry for typo, on mobile. So in class today I got picked on to read a math problem and explain how to do it, I said something along the lines of "if you uhmm like like uhm you can ca uhh" then one of my friends in class said I sounded like a broken record and everyone laughed (including the teacher) and I just sat there wondering how to deal with the situation. Anyone here know how to deal with a situation like this? I've never stuttered that bad except maybe once or twice before.
