Rn im reading the book ,,beyond stuttering" And so far it told me to not look at stuttering as something that you have forever and not as a friend Also it said that when you dont stutter( for example u have a lucky period or are just home alone and dont stutter ) Then you should talk as much as possible and hear your own talking So that you get used to knowing that you can speak fluent and ,,tell" your brain that you can It also said to not speak much when you do stutter much Thats my reasoning basically So when i speak i try to get away from the ,, i stutter " mindset cause thats what actually makes me stutter And i can imagine that when i speak to a stutterer, that i cant not think about ir
