I did that in high school and I felt really bad about it even when it worked. I know this is much easier said than done but you should try to accept your stutter and see that it has made you into the unique individual you are. The more you run from it, the longer its gonna follow you. Find the courage to read out loud in front of your class.. you'd be surprised by their reactions. They won't think you're a creepy being from another planet, they'll see that you have a vulnerability like everyone else and thats what makes you human. I recommend you read an essay by joseph sheehan called message to a stutterer. Good luck
