From my personal experience dwelling for too long on negative experiences creates more anxiety which in turn creates more stuttering which creates more negative experiences... That's a vicious cycle which should be nipped in the bud. However just because we have same problem doesn't mean we are identical or even remotely similar in other aspects. If it helps you, if you feel less alone knowing that millions of people have the same daily struggle as you do, then go for it, share your pain and read/listen pain of others as well. For each its own.
