Mentioning my stutter in a scholarship application

Mentioning my stutter in a scholarship application So I'm applying to a few scholarships which require motivation letters and ask the typical question "is there anything else you'd want us to know/ any other relevant information?" and I was wondering if mentioning my speech impediment would be a good idea. Have any of you done it? I'm also not sure if it should be included in the motivation letter or as additional information. It would be a good opportunity to talk about a challenge I've been trying my best to overcome and I'd like them to know about it beforehand so they're not surprised at the moment of the interview, but I'm also worried about them discarding my application if they consider that a stutter makes me unfit to study abroad or perform well at their university. Obviously it doesn't, *I* know that, but I don't know what kind of mentality they (the people who will review my application) could have. Plus, taking in consideration that MANY other people will apply, they might be willing to give the scholarship to the kid who doesn't stutter rather than the kid who does. What do you think?
