Great video! **My summary:** (of the video) * 1:00 self-analyzing the vicious cycle: when I go thru a stutter, it feels like something is throwing me off (like physical tension and pressure, envisioning the block, mini panic attack, little hyperventilating, feeling like we cannot say it; feeling kinda of blocked out) and subconsciously I feel that I need to do more (like, more force or speed; or less dwelling on fear of stuttering or less fear of not being able to say what I want to say; or the need to override it) to get past a block * 2:50 This causes a perpetual stutter state * 3:00 do the opposite of what my body is used to. For example: if I subconsciously rush through a word to get past a block (secondary behavior), then I slow myself down * 7:40 so, doubt becomes a physical manifestation * 15:00 * **Still in progress......**
