Phone call nervousness

Phone call nervousness Anyone experienced being nervous about making phone calls when working on a job that requires phone calls and file notes like auto adjuster for example; I work with State Farm auto adjuster total loss. I’m always nervous in making phone calls. I always stick with file note or new mail. They’re both always my task but they’ve yet to put me on phones which I’m nervous to work on due to my stutter. So tell me your experience. Thanks.
