See, I can understand how your condition may be worsening day by day in COVID period, but nothing to worry.... I am a stutter myself and I apply some principal for myself. First of all stuttering is just a disorder, some people can be completely cured and some can't be. When you get nervous your neurons start to send the signal at a rapid pace to the brain, due to this action there is a major fuck up and the stuttering worsens. Lack of confidence also sometimes play a major role..... Insecurity, overthinking and other things that occupies your brain during the time you talk also contribute to stuttering. I always like to move my hands to and fro (although it's just a secondary) and it does helps me, reading at a rapid pace with different settings. Eg- in front of parents, video calling your friends and other things. Do everything possible in order to fight against this, come out of your comfort zone. Everyone has his/her problem in life instead of not fighting and losing the battle, fight. Fight till you are satisfied. And trust me if you try your best no stuttering can defeat you in this battlefield. Good luck!!
