I 100% RELATE TO THIS. the other day I was at work and I was helping a customer. She asked me where something was and I responded but I started to block before I could finish my sentence. I stopped to catch my breath and APOLOGIZED about my stutter. I find myself doing this a lot and I thought I was the only one. My boss wants me to engage in customers a lot more, but in fear of blocking when speaking them makes me really overwhelmed
