I really don't think any so-called 'doctor', or 'professor', or whatnot can realize what they claim if they are claiming they can cure stuttering. If they really find out the cures they can publish papers or something to achieve prizes and other things, instead of purely flaunting their abilities and enthusiasms of curing stuttering on the Internet, not to mention some of them are just robbing stutterers' money.
