I have also have a lisp (although much improved after years of speech therapy.) I can only hear it if my voice is recorded and played back to me. Blocks, which my me accompanied by struggle behaviors such as muscle tension, are definitely characteristic of stuttering. Stops and restarts,and interjections/fillers (uh, um), not accompanied by struggle behaviors or muscular tension are more typical of cluttering.
