1. I have given you *the exact tangible things to start doing*. Step by step. Yet, you keep writing these posts asking what to do… 2. I agree that “just feel better” is terrible advice for someone who is actually having basically regular mini panic attacks (hard blocks where you are unable to even say your own name…) 3. If you consistently commit to doing the hard and uncomfortable work I suggested (which comes directly from a board certified fluency SLP who also was/is a PWS), you will drastically reduce your blocks and gain ton of control over your speaking.
