Any tips for my upcoming speech? Ok so in 3 days I have to present a speech to my class for English (it has to be 6-7 minutes). I'm just really nervous and dreading it. Last year, I had to present a 3-4 minute speech for the same subject and I didn't stutter too much but halfway through I got a stomach cramp from tensing too much and had to ignore it for the rest of my speech. I tense when I'm nervous and I don't want that happening again. I can read my speech to myself fine without stuttering at all but it's just standing up presenting to a class when I get nervous and struggle. Does anyone have any tips for my to prepare until I have to present?
