It's okay to stutter, it's not a crime, and famous people don't let it hold them back, but it only becomes a problem when it begins to really be impacting your self-esteem which it clearly is by the sound of things. Perhaps you could look into speech therapy? A good therapist will show you some techniques to get your speech fluent but they should remind you that there's no cure and they will help to build up your confidence to not be so harsh on yourself if you do stutter. You could discuss it with a teacher that they are supposed to give a non-judgemental perspective as I do relate on not disclosing to anybody that I stutter but it just gives me TOO much pressure to be a fluent speaker that it gives me the opposite effect, so when you say "Before I answer your question, I do have a stutter" so it takes off that pressure. If someone ridicules or harasses you for it, don't befriend them when clearly it's their own problem. You deserve to be around people who will empathise and be patient in not rushing or interrupting your sentences. By the time you get older, you will embrace it if you start to normalise that you are not the problem, just society is.
