Help

Help Hi, I've had a stuttering problem since i was 7 ''now im 19'', i wasnt born with it and its not a mental illness, i cant say 2 full words without stuttering when im talking with people but when im all alone and talking with myself or when im not focusing on what im saying ''for example when im gaming with my friends'' i have no problem speaking at all and i speak completely fine. if anyone knows a solution to this problem that would be great.
