Use your tricks if you have any. My fluency of which is already severe, has destroyed me this week. I have dipped into my bag of tricks to attempt to break through my blocks. One of my tricks is the substitution of the words I block on. Hang in there mate! You will get through this rough spell with your speech. Continue to use this form to vent your frustrations with your speech. ☺️
