Just put yourself out there and go for it. What the worst that could happen? If you get rejected, oh well they weren’t the one for you. I just got married a couple months ago and wife would murder someone for making fun of my stutter or just rushing me because of it. You just gotta find the right one and keep them. If you’re a naturally goofy guy then don’t let your stutter take that away from you, just be yourself and if your stutter is acting up then embrace that too. I’m struggling with just flowing my stutter at the moment because it’s the worst it’s ever been before so it’s frustrating most days but you gotta get over it and go on with life and keep being happy.
