Thanks for the insight and I appreciate the effort from your side but growing up I tried to do that a bit and honestly It didn't help much for me - maybe the fact is I'm not a full adult both by law as well as mentally and emotionally plus the fact that I stutter while speaking to my own family members has somewhat narrowed the possibility of this exercise being successful, not to mention the fact that growing up due to stutter I was shunted out to some opportunities as they wanted those who speak 'normally' thus my mind always for some reason has that stigma about vocal exercises being somewhat bad even though they aren't. But again , will try to read that research paper if I get access to it and try to see the methodology and the research conclusions behind it and how researchers came at this very interesting output and see if some of the respondents to the exercise conducted for research had similar profile with me or not . Thanks for your advice and taking out time for a fellow person on the internet 😃 😊
