Talk about different types/severities of stuttering. Most people think of a stutter as just 1, but an impactful stutter is much much more of a daily challenge. 1. Repetitions/prolongations that transition easily to your next word, no attached emotions. 2. Repetitions/prolongations with difficulty getting to next word and attached emotions. 3. Repetitions/prolongations have mostly been replaced by hard blocks, fear/panic, many avoidance behaviors (eye contact, words, concepts, entire situations).
