Try using an accent when you say your name. It doesn't have to be blatant. Try using a discreet "fake voice" and practice with your friends and family or strangers online. I recommend this if you are having a difficult time with conventional speech therapy. Sometimes when I know I'm going to hard block on a word I can't say I say "uhh" briefly before it and it helps me transition to get the word out. I would rather sound hesitant than hard block. That's just me. In before some idiot comes here telling me not to offer unconventional advice.
