How do you pickup/approach girls with a stutter? Also do girls hate getting with people who stutter?

How do you pickup/approach girls with a stutter? Also do girls hate getting with people who stutter? I am single and find it hard to approach girls because of my stutter.. I feel like they will just laugh and walk away when I talk to them. Any tips?
