I just send an email saying 'Can you please let the interviewer know that I have a severe stammer, thank you' I think, saying that it doesn't effect your daily work can be a bad thing to do. You need to be honest, so they can make accommodations for you if you get the job. If they don't want to hire you based on your stammer, you don't want to waste your time working for them anyway
