Sous chef. It's weird, I have problems talking to a single person. I have to talk infront of people 2 times a day, one premeal briefing for my cooks and one premeal briefing for the servers, that doesn't give me as many problems. Then when the rush hits I will be expediting and literally talking the entire time, calling out orders, asking how long on orders, and explaining modifications. Very rarely have a hard time expediting. It's very weird.
