Trouble saying first name?

Trouble saying first name? I’m new to this subreddit. I’ve been stuttering for all of my 25 years (basically) and as of the last decade, my first name has become my main problem. I cannot introduce myself to people. And I avoid it like crazy (not supposed to do this, I know.) How do people get past this? My first name starts with a B, and it’s just so tough. Knowing I have to introduce myself to someone gives me a panic attack.
