Is there somewhere we can go to have people make calls for us?

Is there somewhere we can go to have people make calls for us? I have to make an appointment with the cardiologist and the receptionist keeps hanging up on me. At this point I really don’t care if I go in or not cause dying would be the fast track to ending my troubles here, but is there a service I could use to have calls made for me in any other instance that I need to make phone calls?
