Bypassing stuttering

Bypassing stuttering I found something that worked through trial and error for me, so I wanted to share it with everyone. My method for eliminating stuttering is actually quite simple. Personally I've been stuttering for years, so I've always been trying to find a cure. At first I noticed that when I blurted singular words out I didn't stutter or have the common tense feeling associated with stuttering, similar to how you dont stutter when swearing. I then realised that subconsciously I could also "blurt out" a sentence after forming it in my mind. This relies on you completely trusting your subconscious that you won't fuck up. It's very important that you don't consciously try to say anything. It's hard to explain, but even with a sentence you have never seen before your subconscious already knows how to pronounce the sentence(its a pattern recognition machine). When talking it's almost like you're aware your mouth is moving on it's own, but you're not consciously controlling it. For me it was really hard to trust it at first even though it's logically and statistically sound, but over time it got more and more natural, eventually you form sentences subconsciously as well, so it becomes a mimicry of how normal people talk. This method is similar to what happens when talking to yourself alone, bypassing anxiety and dopamine overproduction, which are common causes of stuttering.
