You can fulfill your full social development and live an actual life like a normal human being with a stutter. I’m sorry you don’t feel like you can. All the power to whoever wants to push for, and maybe some day take, a medication for stuttering, but I promise you there is a fulfilling and happy life to be had no matter how much you may stutter.
