Can't confirm quite yet. I have an addiction and keep relapsing. Once I get there, I will report back. Others have stated that they cannot correlate not nutting to fluent speech. I really think it's all to do with stress. Decreasing as much worry and stress while increasing good habits are something I am focusing my attention on in addition to trying my best with the previous experiment.
