Don’t be afraid to stutter! Best tip I can offer once you get over the fact that you stutter and it happens fluency really becomes second nature. Of course you’ll still stutter but going into a conversation knowing it may happen and being ok with it when it does eases the tension on your body/throat to pronounce the words. Now real tips I’ve found useful are doing warm ups. Once you wake up drink water you need to lubricate your vocal cords Next warm up your vocals by humming “Mmmmmm” “Ahhhh” “Hmmmm” “Ummmmm” It allows you to see where your voice is coming from and it warms your lips up as well by causing a vibration. It’s like how singers warm up before singing. This is really helpful because for me when I’m about to stutter those are my filler words anyways so once I’m speaking it refocuses me to where my voice is being centered if that makes sense. STRETCH YOUR TONGUE/MOUTH! Extend them up down left right all over! Massage it. Do tongue teeth lick circles as if you’re cleaning them go one way then go the opposite. Your tongue is a muscle so you have to work it out just like every other muscle in the body. And you can yawn to stretch your mouth. Being as relaxed as possible really helps with fluency it doesn’t solve the stutter but it does make a huge difference. Hope this helps whoever comes across it.
