My bad , I meant my parents tell me to just breathe. I don't fully remember what I did with the speech therapist because I was young. It turned out to be a matter of my mental state and now that I'm in a better mood I only stutter 2-3 times per 3 sentences. It's still there but just minor The comments on this post helped a lot , if anyone else that commented is reading this thank you ( except for that one guy who messaged me privately and told me I'm not gonna do anything in life )
