Is it possible to become fluent one day in life?

Is it possible to become fluent one day in life? I dint want this post to turn out to be negative. But just an honest conversation. I k there is not cure for stuttering but is it possible to become fluent eventually. I here all these past celebrities who use to stutter but eventually got over it. It it possible? Of course if u work on it and get therapy
