Sharing my tips for more fluent speech Hey guys, I (22 m) have been struggling with stuttering since 12 y.o and I have tried many things but nothing has helped me as much as reading aloud with emphasis on pronounciation and speaking with slow rhythm (usually starting with tapping with my hand) and even pretending to speak to someone and visualize it. Dont get discouraged when you stutter at some word just read it again. Plus pushing myself to speaking like -speaking to cashier, strangers etc., -saying words I usually avoid on purpose, -saying more words for example instead of "Yes" - "Yeah sure, I am all for it" ) These two things were truly a game changer for me. I hope someone will find it useful
