A major red flag for me too. Can’t believe she suggested the line dropped. I think it’s fair to say most people who struggle with their speech can have difficulty with the phone. It suggests ignorance on her part and I suspect you would not receive sensitive and professional support/therapy. Look elsewhere and check in for experience with stammering
