What stresses have you got currently besides your stutter? Have you got a lot of study work? Are you getting out the house to do activities? Sometimes we have so much happening at once and we don’t realize why we feel so worn out until we take a step back to look. Stressing and worrying about your stutter will only make it worse. Focus your attention on other things that are causing you stress. Make time for yourself too, if you’re not already.
