I didn't disclose any of my speech impediments, I'll let them decide if I do have the potential to be part of their company ( which I become ) but for me, for the people like us it is good if we only accept inbound calls such as customer service representative because the customer somehow might understand but on the other hand outbound calls such as appointment setting and sales call is hard to do because if you ever stammer or stummer even a little, the potential will hung up right away.
