Nah mate it's not, if anything it's filtering out the bad ones. Most girls won't mind it and will definitely be more interested in your looks and sense of humour etc. My wife who I dated for 7 years was never really bothered by it. She might have been slightly uncomfortable when we first dated because she tried to help me finish sentences when speaking to other people lol, but she quickly knew that it wasn't helpful and grew to realize it wasn't a problem. As long as you remain confident on your first actual date you'll be fine! They will massively respect you if you feel like you should disclose it.
