I commend you on your optimism, really I do. But honestly this kind of just upsets me. All this says to me is that these people have had success, so why aren't we ourselves having the same success? Not everyone is the same, not everyone has had the same experiences as those people. People will have varying degrees of success. I'm sure you mean perfectly well by it, but people like me probably get annoyed by people telling me this sort of thing all my life. And honestly don't use the word liar. You're just attacking the person who you say that to.
