With what letters do you struggle the most usually? I dont think stutters stutter when reading alone. I trained by reading my bible since it has all the possible words that I will use in my life lol. I then highlight the hard words, like for instance a word is Como (how in english) and then I say Coma, Come, Comi, Como, Comu (in all vowels a-e) and I do that for every word. I then focus on my mouth and tongue movements. I have discovered that my stuttering reduces greatly by prolonging the hard words. I then practice using VR speech simulations. Is all about practice I believe
