What ways can we practice talking on the phone?

What ways can we practice talking on the phone? When I'm not in a call and just have the phone to my face I can say what I want to perfectly but as soon as I'm in a call with another person I can't get a full sentence out without stuttering and blocking a lot. How can I practice speaking on the phone? Any numbers to call etc
