Same age, pretty much same story. Work presentations and big meetings are stressful, but I work in the gaming industry so people are chill and don’t really care about it. I’m also good at hiding it, though it’s not always possible. The only thing I’m a bit afraid of is that my son might inherit it, he’s just 15 months old so I suppose we’ll see how it turns out pretty soon. Question for you: Have you ever felt that, career wise, you’re slightly limited by your stutter? My job is great but I’m so, so positive that I could make it real big if I didn’t have this issue. Sometimes I see people much less skilled than me getting better positions just because they can talk really well and appeal to the right people.
