Yeah the funny thing about stuttering is that the more conscious you are of it, the worse it gets. I also realized that I stutter after doing it for 10 years because I only have blocks. At first I let it get to my head and was really ashamed of it. Then it was at its worst. However, now that I've just accepted it as a thing I have to live with its gotten easier. Also due to a lot of work on actual self improvement, which is a life long process. So don't stress out about this, many people have gone through the same thing. Just don't get into these never ending mind trips. If you think you need it, try going to a speech therapist. I haven't gone to one myself, but I'm sure they will help you with your own approach towards your stuttering.
