I am a 23 year old female . I am a 6th year medical student who stutters

I am a 23 year old female . I am a 6th year medical student who stutters I am a 6th year medical students . The fact is i have a moderate stutter which really holds me back from speaking in morning reports,rounds and it is a nightmare for me to give a lecture to the audience which are senior doctors and my classmates. I really have problem presenting patients to the attendings. I think that i am not capable of being a doctor because of my stutter cause i think i can not work in emergency situations. I sometimes think of quitting medical school!!! What should i do with my thoughts of being inefficient as a doctor?
