Stammering is only your habit! I used to believe that stammering was something I was born with… something I had no control over. But the truth is — stammering is just a habit. A deeply rooted one, yes, but still a habit — not a life sentence. Once I started treating it like a learned behavior rather than a permanent condition, everything changed. With consistent practice, mindset work, breath control, and speaking exercises, I slowly broke free from the patterns that had held me back for years. If you’re struggling with: Social anxiety due to stuttering Fear of public speaking Embarrassment during introductions or phone calls …know that you're not alone, and more importantly — you can unlearn this habit. Here’s what helped me: ✅ Daily affirmations like “I speak fluently and confidently.” ✅ Slowing down my speech and taking pauses. ✅ Reading aloud every day. ✅ Practicing mindfulness and breathing techniques. ✅ Watching motivational videos from others who overcame stammering. Remember: You were born fluent. Stammering was learned — and anything learned can be unlearned. Let’s support each other.
