I think Musk is a more complicated case than Biden for the public actually. Biden can be charming and very personable and also has a stutter. And his stutter got worse again as he aged. Musk just has a weird public persona. His affect and demeanor is just odd. So when he’s have broken speech with pauses and an atypical cadence, people just think he’s weird (or on the autism spectrum, which could also be true).
