It’s interesting, I haven’t quite heard a story like yours, where you don’t really have anxiety and you’re not really trying to hide your stutter. These are really good signs! Though I’m just somebody that stutters that checks in on this subreddit sometimes. And reads books on stuttering. So can’t say your case is rare. I have heard of medications causing stuttering though as a side affect, so maybe the Xanax is increasing it. Have you tried Aderall instead for your ADHD? And do you feel like you are generally an inhibited person? Meaning, do you feel like you are hiding your true thoughts and personality from the world?
